Dead Bed Bugs On Window Sill

Fungus gnats are gray black yellow or orange and lay eggs in the potting soil of indoor plants. We have seen them flying around lamps in the evening in our basement family room. They aren t dead in most cases but i wouldn t spray them. I thought for a minute i might have bed bugs.
